Scope of the service

Klinik AI is software that answers incoming patient messages, produces quotes and runs the appointment and deposit process. It is not a medical service and assumes no medical responsibility.

Obligations of the clinic

• The clinic is responsible for the accuracy of the treatments, prices, packages and knowledge base content it enters in the dashboard. The AI uses this data exactly as given.
• Obtaining patient consent for before/after photographs uploaded to the case gallery is the clinic's responsibility.
• Medical assessment, diagnosis and treatment decisions concerning patients rest solely with the clinic's physicians.
• Compliance with the health tourism, advertising and patient rights legislation of the country in which it operates is the clinic's responsibility.

Limits of the AI

The AI does not diagnose, does not recommend medication, gives no guarantee of outcome, cannot exceed the discount authority set by the clinic and cannot state a price that has no counterpart in the price table. When a limit is reached the conversation is flagged and clinic staff are called.

Prohibited use

The service may not be used to generate misleading health claims, to collect data beyond the patient's consent, to send unsolicited bulk messages, or to infringe the rights of third parties.

Service continuity

Uninterrupted service is not warranted; interruptions may arise from maintenance, provider failure or force majeure. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

Limitation of liability

The total liability of Sad Marine FZE LLC is limited to the service fees paid by the clinic concerned over the preceding three months. Indirect damages, loss of profit and loss of reputation are excluded.
